Associative Generative AI Engineer

Are you passionate about building real world AI solutions that move beyond proof of concept? We are seeking an Associate Generative AI Engineer to help design and deliver production ready AI applications within AWS.

This role focuses on implementing Generative AI solutions using large language models, retrieval based architectures, and enterprise data integration. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience building and deploying Generative AI solutions within AWS in a production environment.

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions within AWS
• Integrate large language models such as Claude or OpenAI into business applications
• Build and implement RAG architectures using vector databases
• Develop AI powered document processing and chatbot solutions
• Connect AI workflows to internal systems and tools for automation and execution
• Write and maintain production quality code, primarily in Python
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external consulting partners
• Participate in standups and follow standard SDLC practices
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve AI solutions for performance and reliability
• Document technical designs and communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience building and deploying Generative AI solutions in production
• Hands‑on experience building and deploying applications within AWS (e.g., Bedrock, Lambda, API integration, storage, etc.)
• Experience with AWS Bedrock or similar GenAI services preferred
• Proficiency in Python
• Hands‑on experience implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases in production
• Experience working with vector databases
• Experience integrating large language models into production systems
• Understanding of enterprise software development practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated experience integrating large language models, enterprise data, and AWS services into fully functioning production applications
• Experience in finance, insurance, or document heavy enterprise environments preferred
• Experience building AI powered chatbots or document intelligence solutions preferred
• Experience working in structured, governance driven enterprise environments preferred
