In der Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Spedition- und Logistikdienstleistungen bei Hellmann organisierst Du den weltweiten Transport. Dazu berätst Du unsere internationalen Kunden, erstellst die passenden Angebote und wickelst die Aufträge ab.

Außerdem lernst Du Abteilungen wie Kundenservice, Disposition, Zoll und viele mehr kennen. Abwechslung in der Ausbildung ist garantiert!

• You will get to know the transport modes LKW, Zug, Flugzeug and Schiff
• You will regularly switch departments to get to know Disposition, Customer Service, Billing, Customs, etc.
• You will organize transports in Germany and worldwide
• You will advise and support customers
• You will calculate prices and create offers, contracts and invoices
• You will process complaints

• You have at least a middle school diploma (Realschulabschluss). Studies dropouts are also welcome
• You speak fluent German (at least B2 level, proof of school certificate or certificate like Goethe-Zertifikat)
• Speaking English comes easily to you
• You can also get around without Google Maps
• You enjoy working on the computer
• You are excited to work in an international environment and make contacts
• You are communicative and like to inspire customers
• Teamwork is fun for you
• You like to plan and organize
