- Mix of procedure and clinic days (1-2 procedure days, 3 clinic days/week)
- Built-in half-day for admin work
- On-campus procedure suite
- Monday-Friday (no weekend call)
- Clinic support: 1 MA (clinic days) and up to 2 MAs + nurse (procedure days)
- Strong referral base across a wide service area
