Controls Engineer 2
Location:
Waynesboro, GA
Duration: 3 years
Pay rate range: $48.00 - $50.00/hour on W2.
Job responsibilities include:
- Supporting and transitioning across multiple projects, checking cables, and wiring in the field, performing and assist in site walk downs.
- Preparing cost estimates, supporting start up, preparing layout and conceptual designs.
Skillsets and expertise required:
- Solid electrical knowledge, configuration/graphic skills in one or more platforms:
Ovation, Foxboro, ABB, or PLC. - Experience with field support.
- Experience with control narrative and markup, experience with checking cables and wiring in the field.
- Experience with cost estimating in sub disciplines.
- Experience developing IO lists, and the ability to build effective relationships with plant staff, design engineering staff and/or vendors.
Education:
- 5-7 Years Experience in related field and an accredited bachelor's degree in engineering.
