What You'll DoAs the Night Shift Charge Nurse, you will serve as the clinical leader of your unit and play a vital role in ensuring excellent resident care and positive outcomes.
Responsibilities Include:Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and Medication Aides as assigned.
Monitor resident conditions and promptly respond to changes in health status.
Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
Follow infection prevention and safety protocols.
Support a positive team environment focused on quality care and resident dignity.
Participate in shift-to-shift communication and care coordination.
Active Georgia LPN license in good standing.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Passion for serving seniors and making a positive impact.
Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care experience.
Previous Charge Nurse experience.
