On-site, part‑time, non‑exempt merchandiser. Servicing multiple stores in the 30830 zip code and traveling between them.
Compensation- Competitive wage at $15 per hour, including paid travel time between accounts.
- Assigned stores are serviced on designated weekdays according to the established schedule.
Travel expected up to 100% of the time to cover the territory.
Requirements- General merchandising experience preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and be detail‑oriented.
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner.
- Adherence to the company’s attendance policy.
- Reliable transportation for travel.
- Ability to use Movista and/or other company‑required applications.
- Have personal cell phone and mobile device, such as a tablet.
- Proficiency with Word, the internet, and e‑mail applications.
Contingent on background check, 4‑panel drug test (does not include THC), and MVR clearance.
Summary of Responsibilities100% Merchandising
- Work within a retail environment to effectively merchandise products by applying appropriate store and/or corporate standards. Safely and efficiently replenish product. May assemble shelves/racks and display cases following measurement guidelines.
- Service all stores as scheduled within the allotted hours provided by the Supervisor, Merchandising. Seek prior approval from the Supervisor before working outside of scheduled hours.
- Contact the Supervisor before working more than 10 hours in a workday or overtime.
- Accurately record work hours and other company‑related information using designated applications.
- Discuss any duties requested by store personnel that are not listed herein with the Supervisor before performing those duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Work stores as scheduled.
- Handle all product correctly, including returns.
- Follow planograms (POGs), flowcharts, etc.
- Regular communication with the Supervisor.
- Develop relationships with store personnel.
