Oversee the performance of transcritical CO2 refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal operation and promptly addressing issues;
Collaborate with customers and end-users to diagnose and resolve system malfunctions, providing guidance;
Handle warranty claims and coordinate replacement of parts, maintaining records and timely resolutions;
Utilize Salesforce and other tools to document cases and maintain service records;
Engage with customers via email and other channels to provide updates and technical information
