Johnson Controls - - Responsibilities:
Layout plates for various product lines, sheets, angles, channel or bar stock for structural assembly;
Set-up, regulate and operate CNC Laser, to burn out a wide variety of shapes and sizes for both standard and non-standard products from ferrous metal;
Set-up and operate all types of sheet metal equipment including Laser, brake press and wall press foaming machine to specifications;
Set-up machine according to specifications with the proper dies and degree of angle and/or special extruding jig;
Read the piece part drawings with no supervision
