You will manage access credentials, monitor entry points and alarm panels, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. Use computer or tablet systems to document activity while helping to deter incidents through a professional, visible presence. ** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing employee badges.

** Alarm Panel Experience (B202)
** Experience with alarm panel systems is required. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of alarm system operations, troubleshooting, and response protocols.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and help prevent unauthorized entry to food and beverage production, storage, and distribution areas.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of facility interiors, exteriors, perimeter areas, loading docks, parking areas, and restricted locations. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

+ Assist with protecting product integrity by observing adherence to site entry requirements, reporting irregular conditions, and supporting orderly movement of personnel, visitors, and deliveries.
