Member Representative – Harrisonburg

DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our retail teams at one of our Harrisonburg
locations. If you have a passion for serving others to help them achieve their financial goals, then this may be the perfect position for you!

What You’ll have the Opportunity to do:

• Process all financial transaction requests to includecash advances, withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments, and balancing.
• Effectively make referrals for credit union products, educate members, and promote the use of alternative service delivery channels and services.
• Actively assist the branch team in creating a meaningful member experience
• Assist with a variety of transactions and the administration of the cash management responsibilities.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A strong passion for service and the ability to transform service experiences into relationships.
• Passion for helping people and interacting with others.
• Ability to adapt to fast paced, changing environments and work as part of a team to promote an efficient and effective workflow.
