Quality Engineer

QUALITY ENGINEER

We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to identify a Quality Engineer to join the team. This is an opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to quality systems, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a production environment.

This role offers visibility to operations, leadership, and customers, along with the chance to build foundational experience in quality engineering within a structured, process-driven environment.

• Support quality assurance processes to ensure products meet internal standards and customer expectations
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Assist with internal and external audits
  , including ISO-related activities
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and drive improvements
• Partner with operations and engineering teams to resolve quality issues on the production floor
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Help manage non-conforming materials and support disposition decisions
• Assist with testing, validation, and evaluation of products and processes

• More than 5 years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or engineering environment
• Working knowledge of quality systems and standards such as ISO 9001
• Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
