As the Guest Services Team Lead, you'll be the face of hospitality at our campground. You'll supervise and mentor a team of guest service professionals, ensuring every guest interaction is seamless, welcoming, and memorable. You'll train staff on best practices, handle guest inquiries, manage front desk operations, and create a positive and efficient environment for both guests and team members.
What You’ll Do:- Lead the Team: Supervise and mentor our Guest Services Team Members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Guest-Centric Approach: Greet guests with a smile, address their needs with attentiveness and respect, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
- Handle with Care: Follow procedures for reservations, store sales, and cash handling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Keep it Organized: Manage inventory stock counts and ensure the front office and store area are clean and well‑maintained.
- Be a Problem Solver: Proactively identify and resolve guest issues, ensuring a positive and satisfactory outcome.

Proven experience in leading and motivating a team. - Communication Superstar: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and on the phone.
- Problem‑Solving Prowess: Ability to think on your feet and resolve guest issues effectively.
- Organized and Efficient: Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Must be able to hear and speak clearly, and communicate comprehensively.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and stand 80% of the time.

The pay range for this role is:
16.50 - 17 USD per hour (Waynesboro, Virginia)
