Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of Tiger Wash tunnel site.
  • Manage a team of employees.
  • Supervise employees to include hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Oversee Tiger Wash equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Manage overall facility upkeep and cleanliness.
  • Manage vendor relationships required to operate facility.
  • Manage POS technology operation.
  • Responsible for parts ordering.
  • Responsible for soap inventory, ordering, and stocking.
  • Handle customer issues using the “Tiger Way” service philosophy.
  • Perform and train opening and closing procedures.
  • Equipment troubleshooting and repair.
  • Perform preventative maintenance.
  • Oversee employee safety program and training.
  • Operate POS technology.
  • Complete monthly financial reconciliation.
  • Cash management.
  • Drive monthly wash club membership sales.
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Support the Director of Operations
Requirements Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong leader of teams with previous managerial experience
  • Experience in sales and teaching sales techniques
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable around large equipment
  • Strong mechanical ability and independent problem solving skills
  • Comfortable around POS technology and computers
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for cleanliness
  • Truly enjoys working with customers and employees.
  • Ability and desire to learn new technologies
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule availability (wash runs 7 days/week)
  • Willingness to assist customers with propane refills.
