The Lycra Company LLC in Waynesboro, VA is hiring a Polymer Operator I to run multiple lines from a control room, adjust processes, and batch products per recipes. Training will be daytime, followed by night shifts (6pm–6am) with possible weekend/holiday scheduling.
You will report to the Polymer Operations Group Leader and help ensure safe, compliant operations. Responsibilities include monitoring DCS, performing field rounds, and handling sampling and release while troubleshooting equipment.
