Now hiring for a Support Machine Operator in Waynesboro, VA. Pay rate is $21.00 per hour ($20/hr. + $1 shift differential). Schedule is 2 – 2 – 3 | 5:45 PM – 6 AM. Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience
• Internal support certification

Job duties:

• Safety – Perform all tasks in a safe manner, wearing required PPE and following all safety regulations
• BBS Participation
• Create and maintain a team effort attitude and team approach
• Meet productivity standards
• Complete required documentation
• Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine
• Make adjustments to machinery as needed
• Suggest improvements to processes or procedures
• Coordinate with lab personnel, team leader, and Sr. team leader for issues and improvements
• Perform 6S and other housekeeping duties required for a clean and safe work environment
• Obtain and maintain operator certification
• Train others as needed
• Additional duties as assigned
