Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator II to join our production team. In this role, you will prepare and operate printing press equipment while supporting quality, safety, production priorities, and equipment performance. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced production environment.

Your Responsibilities:- Set up and run printing equipment to complete jobs accurately and on time.
- Follow job instructions, quality standards, and production procedures.
- Check materials before and during the run, including paper, plates, ink, color, size, and quantity.
- Make equipment adjustments as needed to keep production moving and maintain quality.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance to help keep machines running properly.
- Inspect printed materials throughout the run to catch quality issues early.
- Work with the Production Team to prioritize jobs and adjust as deadlines or business needs change.
- Follow all safety requirements for the equipment, work area, and role.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 3pm
-11pmYou Must Have:
- Ability to make basic machine adjustments and keep equipment running within job specifications.
- Comfort with basic math, measurements, and detail-focused work.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot routine equipment issues.
- Ability to read and follow job instructions, work orders, and production requirements.
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
- Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
- Constantly operates machinery and handles products, including print materials.
- Frequently required to move inside the facility.
- Regularly move up to 25+ pounds, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and/or carrying.
- Experience working with tight specifications or close tolerances.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and production partners.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to recognize when something is off.
- Ability to identify color differences and maintain print quality standards.
