Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide person‑centered care in Assisted Living, Healthcare, and Memory Support neighborhoods. Your role will be vital in enhancing the lives of residents, their families, and the community.
Responsibilities- Assist with activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, dining, and mobility.
- Provide direct and gentle care to residents, including assistance with transfers, positioning, and personal hygiene.
- Support residents’ emotional well‑being by interacting with them and their families.
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated care.
- Generous shift differentials: +$2.00/hr for evening hours (2 p‑10 p) and +$2.50/hr for nighttime hours (10 p‑6 a). Additional +$3.00/hr for Saturday and Sunday shifts.

- Completed a 120‑hour CNA certification course.
- Passed the Virginia NACEP test.
- Active Virginia CNA license through the Virginia Board of Nursing.
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employees are frequently required to stand for long periods, sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 60 lbs or less and occasionally more than 60 lbs. Manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions are necessary.
Employees may come into contact with body fluids; infection control practices are required. Operation of patient care equipment (electric and manual high/low hospital beds, wheelchairs, mechanical lifts, scales, etc.) is expected. Universal precautions must be followed. All training requirements are mandated by federal, state, and company regulations.
Employment is contingent upon satisfactory results of reference checks, national and state criminal background screenings, PPD/tuberculosis testing, mouth swab drug screening, and completion of all other pre‑employment requirements as mandated by federal and state regulations and company policy.
SalaryCNA: $15.00 – $21.88/hr
DCA: $13.00 – $18.82/hr
