The Brand Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Waynesboro, VA. This role is responsible for delivering a welcoming in-store experience, greeting customers, and providing product information to help them find styles that fit their needs. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining visual standards, replenishing merchandise, organizing displays, and keeping fitting rooms and sales floors clean and well-stocked. The Brand Associate supports cashier duties, processes transactions accurately, and assists with returns and exchanges while following company policies.

Additional responsibilities include following loss prevention guidelines, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating with team members to meet sales and service goals.

• Customer service skills, including engaging with diverse customers, active listening, and providing helpful, friendly assistance.
• Retail and sales skills, such as operating point-of-sale systems, managing cash transactions, and supporting store promotions.
• Visual merchandising and organization skills, including maintaining displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring the sales floor is neat and presentable.
• Teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate, follow direction, and share information clearly with coworkers and leaders.
• Reliability and time management skills, including punctuality, consistent attendance, and the ability to work a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays as needed).
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move around the store, and lift or carry merchandise within reasonable limits.
• Prior retail, customer-facing, or cash-handling experience is beneficial but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
