- Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
- Utilize the CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
- Conduct cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection-handling, and closing.
- Provide solutions to customers’ facility services needs, building a relationship and supporting them as they get ready for the workday.

- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency with MS Office, intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS).
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior sales experience (1+ year), preferably in a similar role.
- Prior new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience.

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $60,000 - $150,000 per year and is a combination of base salary and earned commissions. The range is not adjusted for geographic differentials and typical hiring is not near the top of the range.
