** Key Responsibilities
*** Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
* Understand customer needs and present suitable vehicle options
* Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives
* Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in deals
* Complete all sales documentation accurately and timely
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
* Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to dealership success
* Collaborate with finance, service, and parts departments
* Other duties as assigned by management
