Crew Leader Fire & Water – Restoration & Mitigation Job Summary

Service Master Restore® is hiring a Crew Leader to lead fire, water, and mold mitigation projects. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for running job sites, supervising technicians, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

• Lead restoration jobs (water, fire, mold, demo)
• Supervise and train technicians on job sites
• Set up & monitor drying equipment (fans, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers)
• Track moisture levels and drying progress
• Communicate with customers and provide updates
• Complete job documentation (photos, notes, logs)
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on every job
• Coordinate with Project Managers on job progress

• 2+ years restoration experience (water/fire/mold)
• Leadership or Crew Leader experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license (clean record)
• Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation
• Ability to lift 70 lbs. and work in various conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in damaged or hazardous environments
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and emergency on‑call rotations as needed

• WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT (IICRC)
