Join Our Team as a Sign Installer at Converge! Converge is seeking a reliable and skilled Sign Installer to join our expanding team. In this position, you’ll work hands-on in the field installing, servicing, and repairing a variety of interior and exterior signage. We’re looking for someone who is detail-focused, mechanically minded, and dedicated to maintaining safe work practices on every job site.

While prior sign industry experience is a plus, we place a high value on dependability, quality craftsmanship, and a strong commitment to doing the job well.

In this role you will:

• Install, service, and repair interior and exterior signage in various environments
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Provide dependable workmanship and take pride in completed installations

• Detail-oriented, mechanically minded, with a focus on safe work practices
• Prior sign industry experience is a plus
• Reliability and a strong work ethic

• Solid pay: $50,000–$60,000 per year, plus overtime potential
• Travel funds:
