Electromechanical Technician Lead

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking an Electromechanical Technician Lead to keep our high-volume food service distribution operations running safely and reliably. In this role, you will lead a small team of technicians, prioritize and assign work orders, and perform hands-on electromechanical troubleshooting and repair on conveyors, sortation systems, refrigeration, and facility equipment. You will drive preventive maintenance, support continuous improvement, uphold safety standards, and partner with operations to minimize downtime in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
