Dan Grady Company is hiring an experienced Pipe Foreman to run underground utility crews on non-union construction projects. This is a working foreman position — you’ll lead from the front, keep the crew moving, and make sure work is done safely, correctly, and on schedule.

• Lead and supervise pipe crews on underground utility projects
• Plan daily work and assign tasks to crew members
• Install storm, sanitary, and water lines
• Set and check grades, elevations, and alignment
• Ensure proper trenching, bedding, backfill, and compaction
• Coordinate with superintendents, project managers, and inspectors
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards
• Maintain production, quality, and job site cleanliness
• Train and develop crew members

• 3+ years experience as a Pipe Foreman or lead pipe layer
• Strong knowledge of underground utility construction
• Ability to read blueprints and grade stakes
• Experience working around heavy equipment
• Proven leadership and crew management skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, safety-focused, and production-minded

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• CDL
• Municipal or DOT project experience
