Dan Grady Company is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Superintendent to oversee non-union underground utility and civil construction projects. This position is responsible for managing multiple crews, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to spec. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who understands the field and knows how to run work.

• Oversee daily operations of multiple civil construction crews
• Plan and schedule work to meet project timelines and production goals
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
• Ensure all work meets quality standards, plans, and safety requirements
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients
• Track production, manpower, and job progress
• Solve field issues and keep projects moving
• Train, support, and hold foremen accountable

• 5+ years of experience in civil construction supervision
• Strong background in underground utilities (storm, sanitary, water)
• Proven ability to manage crews and multiple job sites
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and gradesli>
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Safety‑focused and production‑driven mindset

• Experience with municipal or DOT projects
• OSHA 30 certification
• CDL
• Strong scheduling and cost‑control experience
