Stepdown Overflow Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Mission Health seeks a Stepdown Overflow Clinical Nurse Coordinator to oversee patient flow, clinical quality, and care coordination for our stepdown overflow unit. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, guide nursing staff, and coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure safe, efficient throughput. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, support evidence-based practice, mentor nurses, and promote patient-centered care.
