Role
Registered Nurse in NSICU, responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a specialized unit.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and perform procedures, document care, educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and lifestyle changes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans, manage evidence-based practices, and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- RN license
- Bachelor's or Associate degree
- Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications obtained within 30 days
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Compassionate communication
- Clinical expertise
- Teamwork
- Adherence to standards
- Ability to translate complex medical information
