Role: Registered Nurse Med-Surg Spine
Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions, perform procedures, administer medications, monitor responses, document care, respond promptly to patient needs, and educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatments. Act as an advocate to ensure positive clinical outcomes and an outstanding patient experience.
Qualifications & Skills: Registered Nurse license, Bachelor's or Associate Degree, Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days, and at least 1 year of experience.
Key Duties
- Evaluate patient status during admission and shifts, reporting changes.
- Perform medical procedures and ensure accurate documentation.
- Administer medications and monitor therapeutic responses.
- Respond proactively to patient requests and needs.
- Educate patients and caregivers about health conditions and treatments.
