Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide professional nursing care, ensuring patient comfort and well-being. Your responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, performing procedures, administering medications, and documenting care. You will respond promptly to patient needs, educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatments, and implement medically prescribed interventions.

• Assess patient status during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
• Perform ordered procedures, monitor treatments, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic responses, taking action when necessary.
• Respond to patient requests and anticipate needs to deliver exceptional care.
• Educate patients and families on medical conditions, medications, and follow-up care.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program with a 5-year completion goal; experienced RNs are exempt.
• Current RN licensure with the appropriate licensing board.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• Preferred:
  Master's in Nursing.
