Job Description:

The Music Academy is seeking a passionate and qualified String Lessons Teacher to support the growing enrollment of string students.

Job Duties:

The ideal candidate will:

• Provide high-quality instruction in violin, viola, cello, and/or double bass to students of varying ages and skill levels
• Foster a positive, engaging, and student-centered learning environment
• Provide supervision of student safety

Education and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Music degree in progress or completed or related experience preferred
• Works cooperatively and collaboratively with students, staff, visitors and faculty
• Work Setting:
  Reports to the Camps Office Manager or Camps Financial Manager
• Expectation of on-campus presence with attendance and punctuality
• Promote personal safety, safety procedures, and a safe work environment
• Employment at will
• Part-time, Temporary status
• Non-exempt
