Physician Assistant Partner - Primary Care / Local Clinic

Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA)

Compensation: $175,000 – $250,000

This partnership program is designed for licensed NP or PA in Oklahoma who want to establish a primary care practice with full autonomy and dedicated support. The program covers start‑up costs, staffing, and operations for the first 12 months, after which ownership and financial responsibility transfer to the provider.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient health by interviewing patients and performing physical examinations.
  • Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
  • Provide quality outpatient services by appointment.
  • Conduct health maintenance, education, and disease prevention screening for adults.
  • Perform well‑women gynecological exams and appropriate screening.
  • Educate patients regarding disease processes and healthy habits.
  • Maintain current knowledge of immunization schedules and adult health maintenance recommendations.
  • Order and evaluate appropriate laboratory and imaging studies.
  • Complete continuing medical education and maintain licensure in good standing.
  • Maintain current prescriptive authority license, OBNDD, and DEA number.
  • Prescribe medications within the Nurse Practitioner formulary limits.
  • Assist in community health screening and disease prevention activities.
  • Inform the Medical Director of difficult cases, poor outcomes, or involvement of other agencies.
  • Interact effectively with patients, families, clinic team members, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Current valid license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate in Oklahoma.
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Dedication to providing high‑quality patient care.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
