Position: Local Technician I - III

We're looking for a Local Technician I - III to join our team! This role focuses on installing, maintaining, and servicing customer equipment, including fiber and copper systems, internet, and home networking solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Install and repair customer services (fiber, copper, internet, TV, etc.)
  • Work with both aerial and buried cable using proper tools and equipment
  • Set up routers, WiFi, and home networking solutions
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide great customer support
  • Learn and use testing equipment, software, and systems (like iVUE)
  • Keep accurate service records and complete daily timesheets
  • Maintain inventory on your company vehicle
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
  • Travel to other service areas as needed
Schedule & Details
  • Hours:

    Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Occasional overtime + rotating on-call schedule

Location Requirement:
You need to live within 30 miles of the Weatherford service area.

This position reports to the Local Service Administrator at the Weatherford Office.

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • At least 3 months of related experience or training
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Willingness to learn and complete required certifications

Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 75 lbs
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Climb ladders, crawl in tight spaces (attics/under homes), and work at heights
  • Be on your feet and active most of the day
Important Notes
  • This is a safety-sensitive position under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act.
  • BYOMD (Bring Your Own Mobile Device) is required with paid stipend.
  • Must be able to distinguish colors
