Responsibilities
Provide professional, prompt, and courteous administrative support to the commercial lending team.
Assist with the preparation, organization, and maintenance of commercial loan documentation.
Coordinate loan files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with bank policies and procedures.
Communicate with customers, loan officers, title companies, insurance agents, and internal departments to gather required information.
Track financial statements, insurance documents, collateral records, loan renewals, and exception items.
Review documents for accuracy and follow up on missing or incomplete information.
Support commercial loan closings by helping prepare, collect, and organize required documents.
Maintain confidential customer and loan information with care and professionalism.
Provide ongoing customer service support for commercial banking clients.
Help identify opportunities to improve workflow, organization, and customer experience.
Qualifications- 3+ years of administrative experience required, preferably in commercial lending, banking, finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience supporting loan officers, commercial lending teams, or financial services departments strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities while staying organized and professional.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with a warm, helpful, and outgoing personality.
- Working knowledge of loan documentation, financial records, insurance tracking, or collateral files preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Dependable team player with a positive Texas-sized attitude.
