This position is designated as a security sensitive position and requires a satisfactory criminal history background check.

Males between the ages of 18 through 25 must be properly registered with the Selective Service System to be eligible for employment.

Position Summary

Duties include clerical/secretarial duties as detailed by supervisor instruction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Processing electronic and paper admissions applications.
  • Scanning student documents into an electronic database system.
  • Answering student questions pertaining to admissions.
  • Sign‑in of participants in new student success seminars (orientation sessions).
Required Education

High School graduation or equivalent.

Required Experience

Experience in an office setting; customer service in a high‑volume environment; data entry.

Preferred

Education and Experience
  • Experience in an educational setting (college or public/private school).
  • Experience with data‑entry software.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
