Position OverviewSeeking a Customer Care Manager to oversee day-to-day service operations and ensure a positive experience for customers. This role focuses on communication, organization, and coordination of customer interactions.

- Prior experience in customer service, office management, or administrative support preferred.
- Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
