Under the direct supervision of the pharmacist and according to State Board of Pharmacy regulations, performs assigned duties involving preparation, distribution, and billing of pharmaceuticals, and will be responsible for other tasks assigned. Understands that failure to follow established SOP’s for hazardous drugs could potentially lead to risk of adverse effects which may include but not limited to skin rashes, reproductive effects, chronic effects, and cancer.

• Pharmacy Technician License
• Two years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Medical City Weatherford is a 100+ bed acute‑care hospital. We serve Parker County and surrounding communities. Our medical staff represents 30+ medical specialties. Our health care services include inpatient and outpatient care, medical‑surgical and emergency care. We are a designated Comprehensive (Level II) Stroke Facility and Level IV Trauma Center.
