Salary Range: $44-$50/hr

• Screens, evaluates, and treats patients.
• Completes comprehensive evaluations using appropriate tools and procedures.
• Reviews patient records for diagnoses, medical history, precautions, and contraindications.
• Establishes measurable goals and develops treatment plans to maximize patient independence and function.
• Supervises PT assistants and rehab techs in patient care activities, in accordance with state practice acts.
• Communicates evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients, families, and team members.

• Graduation from an accredited School of Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of practice.
• Excellent communication skills and professional, positive interaction with patients, families, and staff.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
