This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Physical Therapist at our Weatherford, TX location. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans to aid patients in recovery and improved mobility, delivering care through hands‑on therapy and modern rehabilitation techniques. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, developing course‑of‑care strategies, providing patient education, monitoring progress, and adapting treatment approaches to achieve optimal results.
This position allows for flexible scheduling and includes a sign‑on bonus.
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy principles, techniques, and practices
- Expertise in Rehabilitation and Patient Care, with a focus on improving quality of life
- Knowledge of Medicine and Home Care best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Applicable state licensure or eligibility and completion of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Experience working with a diverse patient population is a plus
- Commitment to continual professional development and learning
