• Prepares make-ready apartments, which may include painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping duties, and any necessary duties to provide residents with a quality move-in experience.
• Responds to resident requests in a timely manner and with a professional attitude.
• Maintains knowledge of maintenance functions such as plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, general carpentry, painting, and snow removal (if applicable).
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities to keep them clean, operational, and safe for residents.
• On-call scheduling may be required to respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Reports maintenance concerns on vacant units, models, and common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Performs maintenance as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Adheres to state, local, and federal fair housing laws.
• Attends and participates in training programs as required by Cushman & Wakefield.
• Performs all duties as assigned in a timely manner.
• Delivers superior customer service and represents the company professionally at all times.
• Dresses according to Cushman & Wakefield uniform and professional appearance standards.
• Maintains safety procedures and safeguards all tools and equipment.
• Maintains reliable and punctual on-site attendance and reports tardiness or attendance issues to the immediate supervisor.
• Performs any other related duties as required or assigned.

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school

• 1+ years of related experience

• Valid Driver's license, EPA 608 - Minimum Type II and CPO or local city required certificate.
• Ability to read/understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to prepare and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several known variables in routine situations.
• Ability to use common sense to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
• Ability to perform arithmetic in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, decimals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Follow all safety procedures.

This job operates in a professional setting and routinely uses standard office equipment (computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.). Regular travel between properties may be required in varying weather conditions.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employee may need to stand and walk for extended periods, ascend/descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools, and travel between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions. Employee may be required to sit or stand for up to 85% of the time and may need to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, frequently, and/or constantly as part of job duties.
