• Champion Safety
  . Follow MSHA and Vulcan safety standards, observe traffic patterns, report unsafe conditions.
• Operate Mobile Equipment Loaders
  . Load aggregates for processing, feed the plant, load customers’ trucks, strip and prep mining site, push material for feeder.
• Monitor Materials
  . Maintain adequate feed, monitor stockpiles, inspect materials for specification compliance.
• Perform Inspections and Maintenance
  . Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, complete daily reports, observe plant, report maintenance needs, clean yards and plant areas, participate in housekeeping.
• Monitor Processes and Surroundings
  . Observe plant and operations, report maintenance or adjustment needs to ensure safety.

• Experience
  . 2 years operating loaders and dozers in a plant environment preferred.
• Functional and Safety Knowledge
  . Solid knowledge of equipment capabilities, material specifications, OSHA and MSHA rules, hazard recognition.
• Flexibility
  . Ability to work overtime, extended hours, all weather conditions, tolerate loud noise.
• Driver’s License
  . Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Interpersonal Skills
  . Good communication, teamwork, responsive, follow through.
