Job Overview

VIVA Pediatrics is a home health services company with a specialty in private duty nursing, therapy and skilled nursing visits for infants and children. We are committed to providing each patient with an exceptional level of care.

PDN RN/LVN: 4 y/o (GB/Trach)

• Assess home health patients to identify the physical, psycho‑social, and environmental needs as evidenced by documentation, clinical record, case conference, team report, and evaluations.
• Implement, develop, and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Provide care utilizing infection control measures to protect both staff and patients, ensuring compliance with OSHA and state, federal, and local regulations.
• Comply with all VIVA Pediatrics policies and procedures and promote the agency philosophy.
• Communicate effectively with patients/families, team members, and other health‑care professionals, as evidenced by clinical notes, case conferences, communication notes, and evaluations.
• Notify supervising nurse of changes in the client’s condition immediately.
• Provide health education to clients and/or caregivers.
• Document interim changes of the plan of care in a timely fashion.

LVN: $22–$28 per hour; RN: $30–$40 per hour.

• At least 1 year of work experience, or 6 months of pediatric home health experience as a licensed RN or LVN.
• CPR Certification.
