Under the general supervision of the CNO, the Nursing Supervisor assumes responsibility for direction and coordination of all functions in the facility on designated shifts. The role collaborates with administrative and management teams to assess and maintain the quality of patient care services provided within the facility.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of employment start date
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required within 1 year of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training required within 60 days of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 90 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• 4 years of nursing experience required
• No travel required
