• Supervise and lead a team of RNs and other healthcare staff on weekends, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
• Monitor and ensure delivery of high‑quality patient care, adhering to established policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes
