About the Practice:

A respected anesthesia group in the Weatherford, Texas area is seeking skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for both locum and full-time autonomous positions. This group provides comprehensive anesthesia services for a broad spectrum of B&B surgical cases, fostering an independent practice environment focused on high-quality patient care.

Opportunity:

This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA to practice 100% autonomously across a diverse range of surgical specialties. The B&B case mix includes OB, peds, regional anesthesia, urology, endo, GYN, pain sedation, ortho, and outpatient surgery . This role is ideal for a CRNA seeking significant professional independence while working with a supportive group. The position is available for both locum and full-time commitments, offering flexibility to suit individual career goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide and manage anesthesia autonomously for a variety of surgical and procedural cases as listed above.
• Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
• Administer and monitor anesthesia safely and effectively, ensuring patient comfort and stability throughout procedures.
• Manage patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
• Adhere to all facility protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Work independently and efficiently within a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons and other surgical team members while maintaining autonomous practice.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia.
• Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• Valid and unrestricted Texas RN license (or eligible for licensure).
• Proven ability to practice autonomously and manage a diverse range of cases independently.
• Strong clinical skills and experience in providing anesthesia for the listed surgical specialties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
