Texas Oncology is looking for a Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our team at the Weatherford, TX location. This is a full‑time Monday‑Friday position with no weekends, call, or major holidays. Hours are 8:30 a‑5:00 p.

Coordinates all activities related to nursing functions and patient care within budgetary constraints, adheres to national and company standards, and supervises nursing staff to provide professional care. The role includes recognition of the physical, psychological, and spiritual aspects of care and supports the U.S. Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

• Clinical Oversight:
  Oversee the clinical operations for all nursing clinical support activities.
• Ensure adequate staffing/FTEs for assigned clinics and maintain effective nursing staff coverage within budgetary parameters.
• Ensure clinical operations and practice are consistent with organizational objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate patient satisfaction and quality assurance measures.
• Staff Development:
  Coordinate, implement, and assist with staff training, in‑services, and internal developmental programs for nursing staff.
• Assist with annual performance evaluations for nursing department staff.
• Serve as mentor/preceptor and provide day‑to‑day guidance to less experienced nurses.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN or MSN preferred.
• RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in the practicing state.
• Minimum five years of active RN practice, including at least three years in oncology.
• One year of leadership experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Current or pending oncology certification preferred.
• Prior leadership experience (charge nurse, lead RN, or supervisor).
• Experience supporting staff development, education, and performance management.
• Ability to manage operations across multiple clinic sites and support direct patient care as needed.
• Experience with quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and clinical workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
