Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) Location

Weatherford, TX

This is a 13-week contract position.

7P - 7A, with every other weekend required.

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment while adhering to high-quality standards and maintaining patient safety.

• Provide patient care in the Emergency Department with a focus on assessment and intervention.
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all nursing interventions and patient records in compliance with hospital policies.

• A minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience required.
• Active Texas RN License (temporary licenses will not be accepted).
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, and NIHSS.
• Experience with Meditech preferred.
