Life Care Centers of America seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Infection Preventionist for a full-time on-site role at a Weatherford area facility. The IP evaluates resident care quality related to HAIs/CAIs, collects and analyzes data, presents findings, and educates staff, residents, and families.
Requires nursing diploma, active RN license, CPR, and IPC training. Prior geriatrics experience is preferred; knowledge of infection control laws and Life Care policies is essential.
