What You'll Do
- Assist residents/patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Work closely with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional care

Minimum Qualifications:
- Current and valid CNA certification in Texas.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a state-approved nurse assistant training program.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- Ability to pass a background check and meet health screening requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a hospital, nursing home, or long-term care facility.
- Additional certifications such as CPR or first aid.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills developed through prior healthcare experience.
- Bilingual abilities to support diverse patient populations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, reporting any abnormalities to nursing staff.
