Travel RN – Labor & Delivery

Weatherford, TX | Acute Care

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM | Rotating Weekends | Expected 36 hours/week

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery unit with 4 LDR beds at a 1:1 (Pitocin) to 2:1 patient ratio
• Perform labor and delivery, recovery, and immediate newborn care including golden hour baby care
• Circulate and assist with C-sections, including PACU recovery for C-section patients
• Complete documentation accurately using Meditech and CPN electronic health record systems
• Adhere to patient experience standards including AIDET communication and bedside shift reporting
• Work every other weekend as part of rotating schedule; no on-call requirements

• Active Texas RN License required — temporary licenses will not be accepted
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• AWHONN certification required
• Minimum 2+ years of Labor & Delivery hospital/specialty experience
• Demonstrated experience in labor and delivery, recovery, and immediate newborn care

• Ability to scrub C-sections
• Prior experience with Meditech documentation system

• Scrubs provided by the facility, allowing you to focus on patient care from day one
• No floating policy — you will remain within your specialty unit for the duration of the assignment
