Responsibilities:Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and implementing care plans

Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to ensure timely interventions and optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed records of residents' care, treatments, and medications
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and improve our care delivery processes
